Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to J Software Labs.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase services from Us.

  • Service refers to the service offered by our website.

  • Website refers to J Software Labs, accessible from main and subdomains of https://www.jsoftwarelabs.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual or group is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. You must request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
  2. You must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).
  3. You must not have used the software beyond reasonable trial usage during the 7-day period.
  4. You must provide a reason for your dissatisfaction with the software.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 10-12 business days or the days specified by payment gateway provider's settlement policy for the refund to appear on your account.

Billing Cycle

For subscriptions with a billing cycle, the following terms apply:

  1. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  2. We will send you a reminder email before the renewal date to notify you of the upcoming renewal and give you the option to cancel.
  3. If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your payment method will be charged for the next billing period and will not be eligible for any refund.
  4. We do not offer refunds for partial billing cycle and usage.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

  1. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions.
  2. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period, you will continue to have access to the software until the end of the current billing period.
